Have you ever had the pleasure of buying something not only sight unseen but also site unbuilt? Maybe the answer is “NO” for many of you. But there are times when people do, and many times that purchase just so happens to be a rather large one, like a condo.
“Why?” you ask. Easy. 3D Rendering Services.
These days, if a real estate developer is working on a project and trying to sell space before it’s been built, it’s a given that the consumers are going to be expecting something that will show them exactly what kind of place they’re moving into. Oftentimes, we’ve been charged with creating not only models and images of the apartments and condos, but also virtual tours of the building, the amenities, and the communities.
Because we know that people are going to be making major purchases based, at least in part, on what we’re creating, we feel a lot of responsibility to get it right. We’ve all bought property before, and we understand what a life-altering decision that can be, and everyone wants to have as much information as possible before they sign on the dotted line.
When we work on large-scale apartment complex projects, our clients always want us to create a model of the gym to show to potential buyers. Usually, it’s one of the most appealing aspects of the complex, and developers and marketers are eager to show it off. We can get extremely detailed with these models, and show exactly what kind of fitness equipment will be put in and the layout of the floor plan. Within the units themselves, buyers are always interested in how the kitchen will look. We can create models for every type of unit in the building that shows detailed examples of the kitchen, including the color and style of all of the appliances. For complexes that offer a variety of options to buyers such as cabinet color and flooring and counter options, we can create a number of different models to show exactly what each combination will look like.
We also know that potential buyers not only want to see what their future homes will look like on the inside, what they’ll be looking at outside. The view is one of the most important features of any property, and so we usually choose a variety of units to work with, and then map out and create images of the views based on the surrounding property. It’s much easier in some projects, such as high-rises, than it is in others, but for potential buyers, it’s a valuable tool.
For real estate developers, these models are invaluable when creating interest in their projects, and engaging potential buyers to take a closer look at their plans. Want to know more? Send us an email at email@example.com
